Looking for an Amelia Island Condo?

Sunday, October 26th, 2008

If you have ever been to Amelia Island on Cape Sound, chances are good that the thought occurred to you that, someday, it wouldn’t be such a bad thing to be able to call the area home. Chances are also good, however, that you may have thought that it wouldn’t be possible to get the kind of deal that would make it a reality; it’s time to let go of that way of thinking.

Last night, real estate professionals had the chance to check out the latest condominium residences at Cape Sound; earlier today, home buyers were able to see what all of the excitement was about. If you missed out on the news, you’re in luck: the properties will be shown again tomorrow.

The reason why this opportunity is so fantastic is that not only is an additional phase of the community being released - including those units that are lakefront - but also an announcement has been made that there are a number of Amelia Island condos from earlier stages of development that are available to buyers at new, lower, close-out prices below builder cost.

If you’re looking for a great community and you’d love to call Amelia Island home, check the event out tomorrow: noon to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 26. The property is located at 1950 Cape Sound Drive, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034 and, if you cannot make it, the Cape Sound sales office is open daily from 10am to 5pm.

Cape Sound Condos

Amelia Island appeals to a wide variety of families - those who are looking for a chance to spend time on the beach while their kids are growing up, those who want to be able to play great golf and take advantage of watersports, those who want to have a home that’s more of a home away from home. However, that doesn’t mean that all Amelia Island homes are the same; some Amelia Island condo homes are going to be a far better match for your personality than others.

For example, you’re likely to find that not all Amelia Island condos give you the chance to be outside without fully leaving your home with an outdoor lanai. Not every Amelia Island condo home is going to help you to trade in a swim in the ocean for one in a community pool.

When you’re looking for a Florida condominium on Amelia Island, take the time to look at your options; when you want to find a home where you’ll be able to relax and unwind - whether it will be your full time home or a vacation property, whether you’re on your own or you’re entertaining others - focus on what you’d like that home to have; it’s the only way to be sure that your home has everything that you’re looking for.

Living in Amelia Island: Finding Your Home

Saturday, July 5th, 2008

When it comes to finding your Florida home, there are going to be some choices that are going to stick out a bit more than others. For example, those who want to be sure that they are able to live a year round vacation are likely to look towards calling Orlando or Miami home; those who are looking for a slightly calmer spot are going to want to look at other options that are out there - options like finding a home on Amelia Island.

Amelia Island: 13 miles long, 2 miles wide and plenty of sandy beaches. Of course, that does not mean that Amelia Island is all about spending time relaxing on the beach; you’ll also find that there are great restaurants, access to shopping and that it’s not a long trip to Jacksonville to see sporting events, to spend some time in museums or participating in other activities that you enjoy.

The best part of Amelia Island, however, is that it is more than just a great place to relax or a great place to live; a variety of condos are available and, as a result, you’re sure to find a home that has everything that you’re looking for.
