- Do I want to live primarily in a city, primarily at the beach or in an area that gives me easy access to both?
- Am I looking for a community where there are a lot of people, or am I looking for something a but more quiet?
- Do I want to choose a place where I can have a single family home, or am I primarily looking for a condo where I won’t have to worry about the stresses of upkeep?
- What type of people do I really want to be surrounded by?
The young and hip are going to want to focus on staying a it closer to the city; living in a loft in Jacksonville is going to prove far more exciting than living in Ponce Inlet. Those who want to be able to have easy access to the beach are going to find that they are able to find the communities that are right for them as well.
